PS1 - Final Fantasy 7 (MGS a very close 2nd)
PS2 - Metal Gear Solid 3
PS3 - The Last Of Us
PS4 - Nier Automata

Also, "Fallout 4" and "The Witcher 3" would be way up there for PS4, and "Mass Effect 2" for PS3, however I played those on PC not console so I'm going with games I actually PLAYED on PlayStation, rather than games that were released for it. Also its PC mods that elevate FO4 to greatness, anyway.
