Oh dear bless him! but at least they will have heard all the bad stuff from him so you might seem tame in comparison, however I doubt that.
I have just read Anne Enrights essay entitled "Disliking the McCanns" that she wrote for the London review of books, it was very good and just said all of the things we have really, like why leave the kids, she has spoken to a friend who is a doctor who she asked about sedation of a child and she discusses her findings, all interesting stuff.
