lol exactly. It's a very poluar social work way of working, its about having a fully informed, non- biased approach to the way you work. It kind of means that you ensure you have ALL the facts before jumping to conclusions. I have to write about it being intergrated into employee supervision to ensure the process is more transparent and fair. blah blah blah
