Actually on the site it says dress code is smart  i don't get how a jumper dress is smart which i am surprised she was allowed in

Apparently they amended their website after this happened, previously it said something along the lines of "there's no dress code but most of our customers like to dress smart casual". So it was a strange way of them
suggesting how they wanted people to dress, without actually having it as a rule. Which is just asking for it to be left open to the staffs personal prejudices imo.
