Starbucks should never have pandered to this whole situation in the first place. They bowed to the will of the social media crowd and now they've gotten themselves stuck in an even worse position with all eyes on them.
If they had dealt with the original incident internally in the first place, and refused to engage with the screeching lynch mob, it would have blown over in a week.
