I recall it being mentioned that Louise had a B/f when they first went into the house. At a later date she was very vocal over her devotion and loyalty whenever she was in a relationship. It all seemed very sincere at the time, until her involvement with Jay, of course. She gets extremely emotive whenever she is on the subject of herself and tries too hard to portray herself as having no flaws, along-side the fact that she see's herself as intelligent.
