Big Brother winner Josie Gibson proved she really is the caring, bubbly girl the nation fell in love with when she arrived in Scotland to surprise her biggest fan: dog attack victim Rhianna Kidd.

10 year old Rhianna was attacked by two Rottweilers, 11 days ago, in Dundee. The youngster was so badly injured, she now struggles to talk or smile.

It has been a horrific ordeal for the brave little girl and her family but she was overjoyed to see her hero Josie appear in the hospital ward.

The Sun arranged the visit and Josie was only to willing to oblige, telling the paper it "was better than winning the hundred grand".

She said: "When I heard Rhianna wanted to see me it was brilliant. She's been so brave.

"I have a sister the same age and it breaks my heart thinking about what happened."

Rihanna spoke through her pain, recalling the moment the dogs chased her. She told Josie: "I pedalled my bike really fast. They were growling at me."

Josie cheered Rhianna up by presenting her with an engraved i-pod that read: "To my brave girl Rhianna. Lots of love Josie x."

The Bristol lass spent two hours at the hospital, and even though she quit Ultimate Big Brother, she will always be the Ultimate housemate in Rhianna’s eyes.


Glad the girl is OK.

This must be just like coming home for you Josie.Which farmyard animal would John James be?
It's amazing!He'd be a goat - totally stubborn.I had a billy goat when I was younger and he was a right feisty bugger.

And John,what about Josie?
[Laughs] She'd be a duck because when they eat their food,it doesn't touch the sides!She doesn't even chew.She just inhales her food!
Josie:[Squeals with laughter] I love my food I do.

Have you had much of a chance to catch up on your Big Brother antics?
Josie:They've got Youtubes dedicated to us!people ave compiled the John and Josie love story.We were nearly crying when we watched them, weren't we John?

Do you feel a lot of pressure,John James?Josie's become a national treasure overnight and people are very protective of her...
Josie:Are they?Have I?
John James: It's true.There is a certai amount of presure.Josie's in the limelight more than I am and also, she's one hundred percent liked whereas I'm kind of 50/50 liked and disliked .I just have to accept the situation I'm in. Aslong as Josie knows who I am,it doens't bother me what other people think. But It's not good being abused on Big Brother's Big Mouth by people who love Josie but hate me. It's not easy to deal with.

ust to set the record straight then John James,what are your feelings for Josie?
[He looks embarrassed] How do you say it?You just love someone, don't you? and that's my feelings for her.I'd do anything for her.Anything.I just love her,that's all. I knew I loved her from early on.But I didn't know I was in love with her properly. I wanted to wait until I was outside the house to work it all out.

Did you get that punch in the stomach feeling,when you knew you loved her
It almost knocked me off my feet.When we had arguments,it was like a million times worse than if I had argued with someone else.I mean,you saw how upset I got in the diary room?I could only get like that over Josie.I felt like I was losing her.That's why I went off the rails towards the end.I didn't care about the show or anything.All I cared about was Josie.She was the only reason I was there and the only reason I was in the UK.If it wasn't for her I would have left the house and got on a plane home.I was losing control of my feelings and I just thought,I'll leave and then we will sort all of this out when we are both out of the house.

That's lovely Josie...
[Her eyes fill with tears] I know.It's so nice to have someone who loves you like that.

It must be H'aaaaaaaamazing to have this adventure together...
John James:You feel needed.We both struggle with different things,so we can help each other out when the other one is finding it hard.

You have both declared yourselves to be rubbish in bed!
Josie:[Shrieks with laughter] Oh my!
John James:We're perfect for each other!

So have you been having loads of really bad sex?
John James:I'll let you answer that one Josie.
Josie:I think because we're such good friends as well...
John James:it wouldn't really matter if it was good or it wasn't.
Josie:Beacsue I feel so comfortable with John,becasue he's my friend,he won't judge me.[Leans forward] But yeah,it was really good!

You both rated yourselves two out of ten in bed in previous interviews - are you scoring higher then?
Josie:Erm...9.9!
John James:Twelve out of ten!
Josie:[Blushes] oh stop it! we're just co comfortable with each other.It happened naturally.

Saturday was your birthday,John - What a great present!
John James:And Sunday we pretty much stayed in the hotel all day.
Josie:We had a lot of catching up to do!

So,are you moving in with Sam Pepper then John?
John James:No. Me and Josie are going to move in together.
Josie:We're going to try a six-month contract.

You're going to live in sin!
Josie:Oh yeah,we're definitely sinners.
John James: Don't tell Dave! it just sort of popped up in conversation.I don't even know how it came about.One of Josie's friends suggested it and we were like: 'Yeah,alright then.' I thought Josie was going to move back to Bristol and I was going to move in with JJ. But we've decided to give it a go in London.

It was clear that both of you had a little bit more going on than the average housemates.And then we found out that you've both had extremely tough things to handle in your lives.Josie lost her dad in horrific circumstances, and then your dad died tragically John...
John James:We didn't know those things about each other untl after we became close.Those kind of things are character buildind and luckily we have both coped and learned to deal with difficult things.
Jo:We said our dads are up in heaven chatting about us.Looking down,saying: 'Oh,your son seems alright,' and 'Your daughter seems quite nice.'

That's a nice thought...
John James:I properly found out about Josie's dad around week six.We'd known each other a long time before Josie told me the details about what happened.
Josie:Well,you didn't really know all the details until you read about it yesterday.He said :'Why didn't you tell me that?' but it's not something you go round telling people,is it?
John James:We did used(sic) to talk about it under the duvets on Big Brother.
Josie:My brother's deaf so I taught John sign language and we were using that under the duvet.

John,we spoke to Josie last week about the awful circumstances around the death of her father - but we haven't spoken to you about your own tragedy....
It was on a building site, my dad and I were both working there.He was about 200 metres away from where I was working at the time.And the building was half up - with all the scaffolding.There were gale force winds.He went out there with my best friend at the time.And the building just fell down.He was crushed.

And you were nearby?
I was just down the road.And then I got a phone call from head office.And the police came around to work and told me what happened.But my friend was right next to my dad,and it missed him completely and hit my dad.They were the only two people on site. [Josie squeezes his hand.] It was a very unfortunate thing. It was two years ago now.

Josie,can you remember what happened on the day you found out that your dad had ben killed?
I went to school and my best friend said to me:'You dad died last night,didn't he?' and I said:'erm,no.'And he said,all matter-of-fact:'Yeah.he did.My mum told me he died.' An I was like:'No,my dad's not dead.'And then all the dinner ladies were looking at me and whispering.And then I got home that night my mum sat me down and told me.I was so young.I was at primary school.It's a bit of blur.

Did your family manage to protect you from the really upsetting aspects of what happened?
Because you are so young,you take it all in your stride,don't you?When things happen it's like normal to you.So because that has happened,it is normal to me.

You mentioned about how you weren't close to your dad's family any more.Do you think that maybe Big Brother might change that?
Just because I won Big Brother,I can't expect them to come into my life again.

Why did they cut you out of their lives i the first place?It wasn't your fault...
Yes, but different people handle death in different ways.Because of the circumstances they found it hard.But I would like to go round for a cup of tea.I know that they are good people.It was a bit hard for them,you know?Maybe I reminded them of my dad.I do look a lot like him apparently. And my auntie and my mum always say how alike we were.He was quite chilled out,like me.

Do you have strong memories of your dad Josie?
Oh yeah.Waitng outside the bookies for him to collect his winnings - and then he would take me out and treat me big time.

You've been through some tough times.Do you think it has affected who you are as a person,Josie?
I don't know.I don't know what I would have been like if it hadn't happened.But can I just say that I have an amazing mum.We're quite alike - She's as mad as a hatter!

You seem very forgiving Josie...
[Laughs] Yeah,it's like with John,I get mad - and then I forgive him five seconds later.If we ever row,he can smooth me over in a minute.

But you're very good at smoothing him over...
[Laughs] oh I certainly am.

Do you feel protective of Josie,John?
Yeah,when I heard that stuff was coming out about her dad,I did just want to look after her and stop her being hurt.There's nothing I can do - But I can be with her.
Josie:I'm just glad that I put it straight in OK! becasue the newspapers have been bombarding my family and it's opening up a can of worms we don't want opening.

Are you going to get married in OK!?
Josie:Well,we're not engaged - despite what's been said.But I'm not really one for a big white wedding.Plus my family is too big.There'd be too many to invite.
John James:[Laughs] On one side of the church,we'd have half of Bristol and all of Josie's celebrity fans. And on the other there'd be my mum.And Sam Pepper.He's going to be my flower boy!

You said you were going to have four kids...
Josie:Well,I'd only just come out of the house!But I have got baby names .Rico and Caleb for a boy.And I do like Davina for a girl.
John James:I might get on Davina's good side that way.
Josie:She does like you!
John James:No,she doesn't.I don't think I was one of her favourite people.She's just being protective of Josie,which I completely understand.
Josie:I wish they knew.John is amazing.I love him more than ever,more and more each day.[Grins] I really am a lucky mare aren't I?
