If the public vote then it will be someone else from the same side of the house (Chris, jale, Kim etc.. ) that gets it and it will start to get boring and predictable if the same side of the house dominates. Hopefully the power switches to different sides each week.

..yeah I agree Armand..I think the power is a great idea and has made a good start to the series but I don't think that housemates should just be handed it and I think that they're missing an opportunity to make it much more entertaining and interesting by seeing housemates compete over it...although they might intend to start doing that because they couldn't really do it with Chris if they wanted him to have secret power..unless they had a diary-room only task to compete I guess...
