Default Has anyone ever taken sertraline?

I have been put on this as apparently I am borderline for postnatal depression, which doesn't shock me given that I suffered from depression for years when younger..they always told me I would be high risk after pregnancy and I guess they were right. Managed to avoid it with Skye though so I guess thats a bit luck...

Anyway. The doctor told me I wouldnt feel any positive effects for at least 2 weeks. I have not stopped clenching my jaw/grinding my teeth since the day I started taking them, I had a painless migraine last night that I assume is connected to the tablets as I havent had a migraine for about 4 years...and around an hour ago (2 hours after taking my third tablet), this almost euphoric feeling kinda swept over me and has stayed ever since. Now I am not complaining, this is actually the best I have felt in a long time..but I am wondering if its 'normal' :S
