sunday 12 october 2014 - i met 3 people with mental health problems and i have a conclusion ? 12.10.14

its not nice to whiteness
infarct its very disturbing
it feels like a 3 move checkmate in chess
and you anger having no curbing.
on this Sunday was contact
a lady i no from dog walking
she told me 1 dog had a life subtract
but strength for her mental state i gathered from talking.
rest on bench
the difference could not have been wider
a gentleman had a problem impacted deeper then a wrench
the result was "special" "K" "cider".
i had to be civil
but speak not to offend
so i said about the weather " i no its trivial"
but it was the reassurance i was no enemy but a friend.
it went on and flowed sweet
learning why opposite a "heath"
any further down and the "wardens" empty his medicine treat
then i was told what was beneath.
on suggesting sitting in "highgate" and i got cut down
not because its blush and full of wealth
his bad experience was the "whittington" ie H-M-P crown
but i keep a open mind on all those working in mental health.
later sitting in regents park left me shaking
my heart broke and this is the log
along the side of the path was no faking
one hell of a fun walk was a dog.
the owner was going slow
i thought she to was drunk
then i noticed the high visibility glow
a boy did my heart funk.
i had to again "share"
sorry to bother you was my interruption
just to let you no your dogs "tail" is going dis-pare
a positive mental health story i gained with no corruption.
along came a toddler with his guardian
with him and being his barer
to distract i put on my cardigan
metal health goes to his dad and carer.
we all have to pull together
this society can play instrumentally
just like some with a physical disability be clever
now apply that to those who suffer mentally.

( from being out and about today i could sympathize with everyone i met and sore. and i realized everyone has there own problems but some display them and some other are so obvious yet we all forget we never no what anyone is going through ie the lady i met today who had to have one of her dogs put to sleep. anyway what i am trying to say is we all need to pull together and help each other if we can ie a simple good morning or hello or something like that. just to show we are a decent society and can appreciate others may be going through hardship and so not to make them feel outcast ed and we acknowledge them and i am sure it will make you and them feel good inside or do you have a different view on mental health ? should they be taken out of society ? have you ever had a mini break down and could not cope ? i then went to read my poetry to the fuzz and he sectioned me straight away and i am in bang up right now. please someone visit me and if you can not - keep smiling and being nice to everyone - makes the world a nicer place.as i inspired my own poem i am going to send this to myself - anyone no how to email myself ? )

Livia, also when they get the chance to deliver anything,they throw it all away for some Ministerial posts and a guaranteed time of shared power.

It seems it is now that the massive majority of voters not only do not believe or trust anything they say but that the voters are not even listening to them at all when they say anything.
