Car was at the Q awards (a spurious marketing event for the magazine)
The Daily Mirror reports that Carr brought up the long queue for the toilet at the event and said,
'It's so frustrating. All I'm saying is I can see it from Oscar Pistorius' point of view.
He also told the 200-strong audience:
'That's not the controversial bit. Here it comes... I blame her. If she hadn't been in that disabled toilet none of this would have happened.'
‘It’s the *********g Q Awards, come on,' he told a shocked crowd.
