guys calm down
![]() Fleur's version of the winner's song was 1 of her best performances it was lovely and had more feeling to it and sounded vocally way ahead of Ben and for me Ben's version did nothing for me and it lacked strength ![]() |

People say Ben's was better but I don't think it was, I think it was pretty much on par with Fleur's version.
Ben and Fleur have very different singing styles and having the same winners single song just proved that even more. People ultimately judge it on the song style. Ben was contemporary rock and louder. Fleur was smooth pop and quieter. I can see on that basis why people would say Ben was the 'better' one although really it's a silly comparison. It's like having Lady GaGa and Florence and the Machine sing the same song, they will sound completely different as they are at ends of the spectrum. Pretty much the same thing here with Fleur and Ben. I liked both versions tbh, both of them did a nice take on the song. |

Ben's fans are always going to make out he was better ![]() but like you said its 2 very different artists and we all know Ben has a rock gravel sound and Fleur has a smooth rnb/pop sound i preffered Fleur's version 100% ![]() Last edited by GoldHeart; 15-12-2014 at 05:04 PM. |
