Default if you had to be permanently one age for ever , which would you choose?
for me - 30 seems a good age so i would stick with that,

About 30, I think. Still young enough to enjoy yourself but old enough to have a little life experience and maturity. Though I think Smudgie's advice is wise and is something we can all too easily forget to do.

21 or 23 because you're still young and at your best . It's like if you were bitten by a Vampire , and became a Vampire and lived a long time you would want to be physically looking good and feeling healthy.
