Alright look, don't judge me ok. I struggle SOOOOOOOO much to sleep, i live off like 3/4 hours MAX a night. It's hard to get decent sleeping tablets from the Docs nowadays. And i know one pill that really does work.

Honestly I WOULDN'T be buying any type of medication or tablets online , you might aswell go to Holland and Barrett or boots or something.

Even Amazon site is more trusting .

I googled the site and a website that searches safe sites has it at 46/100 safe meaning it might be a flagged site, not trustworthy. Have you tried Amazon?

A few years back you could buy the real thing and things were reasonably safe but not these days, i seriously wouldn't go near any medication

I wouldn't purchase anything like that online tbh.

I used to have terrible insomnia and survived on like 2 maybe 3 hours per night (sometimes none) then get ready and go to work for a full shift it's really exhausting especially when you want to sleep but just can't :/

Anyway have you tried sleep milk or dr stuarts valerian sleep tea? That tea stuff worked for me but also caused nightmares.

Also try the obvious if you haven't already like no caffeine after 6pm, nice warm bath (use something lavender to help induce sleep) or shower, sleep pillow mist etc

I've not tried too many tea's. Though i will give them a go, thank you. I used Nytol but that gave me weird ass dreams, so i stopped that. I also just completely cut caffeine about 2 years ago now.

I will definitely give that tea a go.

I always drink herbal teas, they help alot.

Also Horlicks , that's supposed to help you sleep aswell.
