I think i am right in saying Richard Ashcroft did not make a bean from that song as he did not secure the right to use the sample

Yh I think you’re right all the royalties were signed over to the former Rolling Stones manager whilst Jagger and Richards were added to the songwriting credits. I’m sure though that they signed their publishing rights back over to Ashcroft in 2019.
