I need some help with making banners. I tried photoshop today for the first time and made an animated banner but I can only get it as swf or .mov Does anyone know of a free software that will change it to .gif?

This is what it looks like now, but its low in quality and theres a geovid logo floating about since i didnt buy the software:


I know its a bit big and the video has too many frames
