I normally don't post my concerns or worries on here but...
Recently I have been noticing my weight dropping, I manged to loose a Stone and 2 Pounds in 2 months, and I don't understand why? My BMI has dropped to borderline at 18.5 which is on normal weight/underweight and its just really concerning me. Before hand I was a completley healthy weight and its not like I'm over exercising at the moment, Infact I seem to be doing less exercise and eating more regularey. I have/had been through a long spell of panic attacks, and some stress but It doesn't seem right that I would loose all my weight due to that?
I just don't know what I can do now in order to gain weight and get to where my BMI was before.
I know the best thing to do is visit a Doctor or Dietition but I just really don't know. I know its probably a silly thing to get worked up on.
