It was solidly beaten by Emmerdale, however, which was up to 8.03m (35%) for ITV1.
Coronation Street pulled in 10.75m (44.8%) for ITV1 at 7.30pm, then EastEnders had 10m (38.6%) for BBC One. A second episode of Corrie brought in 10.56m (41%) at 8.30pm. Digital Spy Last time the soaps had these sort of ratings on a normal day was Winter '07/'08
