I've got a new lap top and i've stuck the Vista disc in and clicked allow,the screen says,'please wait'.I've been waiting twenty minutes,is this the norm?

Mines is vista and it always takes ages to turn on\off, its says please wait also

if it doesnt do anything after an hour or so then do what tom said. or get a geeky friend to sort it out for you.

It should tell you that it's loading the software, you might want to think about taking the laptop back to the shop !
