He knew that Marcus had nominated him because he told both Bea and David that he had.

Bea told him that she DIDN'T nominate him.

I can only think that maybe he guessed that Rodrigo nominated him or that Rodders told him.

He knew that Lisa didn't, nor Charlie, Siavash and Sophie didn't nominate so that left Bea and she lied to him.

He did work it out REALLY fast though!

David has been so nicee to thattt PERSON all of this week andd hass been stickingg up forr her a lot this week and she just throws it back in his face there is no doubt that she will be out this week but she was already going anyway so i doesnt make a diffrence but i except there will be a lot of arguments and hopefully none between charlie and rodrigo even though that was good entertament i am so happt that bea-atch is going this week

Kitty, good try at explaining the inexplicable. You say Siavash and Sophie didn't nominate but they did (rather unconventionally!).
So how did any of them know about these 4 nominations? Had BB told them?
I suspect it was just a lucky guess and Bea's face told him his guess was right.
