Just curious as to how many people on this site have ever heard of an album called "The Kinks are the Village Green Preservation Society" Let's call it a social experiment. If you have could you let me know your age, if that's not too personal! Thanks!

Yeah I've heard of it Jayne - I think I might even have an old copy of it somewhere in my loft. I'm 33 going on 21!

I've heard of the Kinks (Lola, Sunny Afternoon) but don't know them well enough to know that reference. I'm 27 but my musical tastes lie somewheer in the 60's/70's era with Dylan, Hendrix, Led Zep, Groundhogs, Cream etc, etc. I've always said if they ever invent a time machine my main interest would be to go back and see all the great bands in concert!
