understanding what Charlie is saying when he goes into a rant? I can't undestand any of it

I'm half geordie so I can understand him although he does tend to talk a load of nonsense.

He annoyed me last night when he went on a rant about the mayonnaise. So what if it isn't in the fridge. He did the same when ordering BBQ sauce on the shopping list a couple of weeks ago.
