Default I still think BB10 was one of the best

I think many agree the show has gone way off the boil now and interest on forums etc. has died down.

However, looking back over the last 6 weeks in particular (mid-phase), I still feel BB10 should be remembered as one of the better ones.

The uniquenes of Freddie as a HM and his ongoing storyline, new housemates coming in, the weird actions of Noirin/Isaac, legendary Marcus quotes, Roddy's DR tantrums, legendary b*tching and scheming, the power struggle between Bea and the others and her eventual demise in the house...

There are still some funny moments, but this latter phase is dire and it is a shame if it gets remembered for that...(and any winner other than Marcus will be seen as 'boooooring')

As HMs, Freddie, Bea and Marcus would have 'graced' any BB - just a shame they had to be in the least watched series. Let's try not to forget the emotions many of us have gone through watching over the last several weeks - it has been a ride!

But that's the point; it shouldn't be remembered for the last 3 weeks of the show, but for the 'main' period where it was as entertaining as any BB I have watched from the start.

The best moment of the series so far was when Lisa and Marcus had that fight in week 2. Brilliant.

BB this year was nothing without Noirin Freddie Marcus and Bea.

BB are lucky that the HM's have created so much drama and storylines themselves this year, because the producers themselves have put no effort in whatsoever with tasks, twists or anything else.

I've still enjoyed it, but it wouldn't rank in my top 3 series, or even my top 5 tbh.

After Freddie left. Bea just about held the show together. Now it's boring outside of a few funny Marcus lines. They may have to put people back in the house to make it better. Like they did in BB4 with Jon, or BB7 with nicky.

I've lost interest a bit since Freddie left, even tho I wasn't a massive Freddie fan. But, I still think this is probably my favourite BB. For no other reason than TIDH - Marcus is probably my all time favourite BB HM. He's utterly unique, instead of being a carbon copy of many previous HMs, which alot of this years HMs are really (or are trying to be). I love his truculent manner with BB, his disobeyance of the rules, his fondness for some HMs even tho they are a bit annoying, his David Brent-ish self confidence and most of all, he's made me laugh more than any other HM I can remember. He is a real character and, moreover, I believe that real world Marcus would be just like BB Marcus, (and I'm not at all convinced that is true of many other HMs, some of whom are clearly "performing") so, at teh risk of sounding awfully American, I love him for his realness (is that even a word???).

I agree, it's certainly up there in my top 3. The early ones were good because it was all so new to us & evolving, but if BB10 had the characters from even BB1, BB2 or BB3 we would probably be disappointed because of our expectations now.
A good few of my mates/work colleagues, who used to watch religiously, aren't watching this year's show. It's not a reflection on BB10, but more to do with the sins of the previous few years.
BB10 is my favourite since probably BB5, for the reasons given by others above. The last week has seen it drop though, since Bea left & the last week will be dreadfully boring if Marcus goes on Friday.

Yeh, spot on.

I think people have generally become bored with the format and repetitiveness of the series. But BB10 has offered something different because of the said HMs....

BB10 has been interesting but I think it's been one of the more annoying series for me and quite a few people in that usually the person most people thought deserved to be up was never up. I think that's one reason many people don't like this series because they've often had the chance to evict someone they really didn't like taken away from them or kept from them for a long time (Like Bea and Lisa)
