The new Celebrity Big Brother housemates have shocked producers with some of their demands, The Daily Star claims.

Fresh flowers, a mosquito net, cleaning wipes, 500 mini candles and a dog are among the list of items that the participants have requested from show bosses, according to the tabloid.

Some of the stars even asked for a butler and a fridge full of champagne.

In addition, staff were apparently left ‘bemused’ when ‘Hollywood Madam’ Heidi Fleiss asked for a webcam so she could watch her pet birds at home.

A ’show source’ said: “We are used to some weird demands but this lot are more bonkers than usual.

“I think some of them believe it’s going to be a holiday camp.”

Meanwhile, the Star have also reported that Katie Price’s on-off boyfriend Alex Reid suffers badly from wind, which could make him an early target for nomination.

‘Sources’ revealed to the paper that he could not stop ‘letting one off’ during interviews for the show. An ‘insider’ said: “Alex thought it was funny. But if you’re stuck in a house with him and he’s doing it, it isn’t. They’re rancid.”
