-Tonight's eviction: 9 left.
-Friday's eviction: A double possibly so 7 left.
-Mid-week eviction: 6 left or 5 left if it's a double again but it's quite unlikely.
-Final night: 6 finalists.

I always thought 6-7 is too many. You don't really get a lot of time for interviews and the highlights are heavily cut as a result.

I think it'll be a double next Wednesday leaving five for Friday - still one too many IMO, but not as bad as six!

But yeah I think it'll be 6, or do a double eviction in the last week like BB9 (Kat and Mo evicted).

No there was 6 in BB8 final because Kara-Louise was booted out with Tracey not long before the final.

Too many however you count it. The justification has always been having more housemates makes the final week more "entertaining", but time and time again it's proven not to be the case.

The last memorable final week was back in BB3, and indeed with BB1 & BB2 they all had great final weeks with just 3 or 4 HMs forced to get along - and I can probably recall more from BB1's final week than I can BB4-9 combined (I didn't get past week 1 with BB10!).

More importantly though you get the sense the show is coming to an end with just 3 or 4 in the last week. In recent series we've found ourselves in situations where with just 3 or 4 weeks to go there are 8-10 HMs remaining, so it doesn't feel like the show is getting anywhere - and then all of a sudden somebody realises the series is drawing to a close, lets out a few expletives and rushes things to a conclusion with a double eviction or two and a quick fire final!
