Is it true that Fallout 3 GOTY on the 360 is not on one disc, unlike the mighty blu-ray?

Don't know if I should get Just Cause 2 for the PS3 or 360.. Have Just Cause for the 360.

From what I hear the next Gen consoles won't be around until at LEAST 2015. The GOTY version's two discs I think, one has the game and the other contains the DLC to install.

Hmmm, 2015 could be.. Microsoft first maybe, but Nintendo could have a new console out in 2 to 3 years.. Silly wii.
