ok so the joe is telling a little porkie here < its not banned just yet but how i wish it was. but i have a feeling the reason why it wont is of the money it brings in. or is popcorn all part of the cinema trip ? and in noway should ever be taken off the list?





should we ban food and drink at the cinema



in you rush,
while the adverts are running,
the volume may be blaring,
but the shuffling and talking is not stunning.
you are guaranteed to have a neighbour,
behind or in front,
and when they purchase there pop-corn,
starts the which hunt.
for the next 90 mins,
you will focus on that crunch,
but you will fail to understand,
why people go to the cinema for breakfast, dinner and lunch.
constantly told about a obese nation,
and cinema's are allowed to sell pop corn by the lorry,
even if this is a one off treat,
there's no excuse, and i don't accept sorry.
ban all food and drink,
the film for 90 mins should be your focus,
but i have feeling this is all tied into revenue,
when money is concerned, there will be no magic or hocus pocus.

I like cinemas which have bars - it dulls the pain of being made to go watch crapola by your partner with a bunch of folk you'd never want to sit with stuffing their fat faces. Huge LCDs and Blu Rayis definitely the way to go (said grumpy old man!)

as claymores took joe under his wing.
they rap about rubish and cause a stir,
then they are gone in a blur.
no friends just people they wind,
with each other is in there mind.
stacey joined our group and now we are a trebble,
on big brother message board is the rebble.
then one day we decided to split,
poetry did no longer hit.
claymores went off and foud a job,
and joe loss the use of his gob.
stacey reeped in the lable and is now sorted,
as for the poetry, its no longer reported.

i dont get it and i am the writter,
so accecpt life and dont be a fighter.
and once you relise what the joe is the nail will hit,

If at the theatre, I do not mind people eat or drink, as long as at the interval, not during the show.

But if at cinema, I do not mind people eat, as long as they do not make too much noise.
I feel popcorns are part of atmosphere at the cinema.
