Default Fix!!!!
Say the last housemate to get pick to be the 'mole' was that dwarf.....the outfit would have buried him, or.....it could have been the little bird with funny arms then the mole outfit would have really flappy arms!!! FIXEshocked:

They might have had one for him, or an array of costumes to compensate the wide shapes, body mass etc of any of the housemate.

If you think this was a fix then you have a really silly attitude pal.

It's a fancy dress outfit.

They come in S M L XL sizes and they fit all. They are not designed to be a tailored clothing item.

Some people are too quick to shout fix! LOL
