Tbh, I think the main reason he's not being put up or chosen as the twist of being up for nominations is because he's disabled. But i'm pretty sure most people in the house are scared to confront him because they'll be known as a bully. Then he nominates people saying they expect people to pick up their pieces.. i'm sure he expected people to pick up his leg when the bomb exploded.
