i know...for a father of 8-10 kids who hasnt worked in 20 years and with 2 divorces....it was revolting to watch...

people were actually defending him on the forum saying he could do what he liked on the basis that he's a 'war hero'...

I wouldn't go as far as to insult Steve for the way he lives his life and whether or not he is a hero, but as far as being a housemate is concerned he in not entertaining, has brought nothing at all to the house and its unfair that such an awful, tragic thing such as his disability should mean he is treated differently, that means people being afaid to nominate him or the general public being afraid to vote him out/dislike him. I think people should look at Steve from an entertainment point of view rather than a sympathetic one.

Shall I speak nice and slowly for you - as you seem to have trouble understanding simple English - he was brave for doing a dangerous job in a dangerous place at a dangerous time - and he paid a very heavy price for his bravery!

Northern Ireland was a war zone for soldiers back then - as Steve is a testament to - if you kids are too young to get that - your problem! The rest of us appreciate what guys like him do and the risks they take!
