Good question.
Wouldn't worry about it though, whatever happens BB will protect Sam from being nomed as they know he would be out on his arse if he is up for the vote. BB will find any excuse to keep Sam in the house. Look at the s*** so called punishment for talking to Josie and JJ, anyone else would have been up for the vote - like they did with Dave the week before.
