I thought I would share my thoughts on Corin, I have seen many threads on her, and to be honest, they are mostly comprising of 'how amazing she is', or 'how awful she is'. I thought an intellectual argument would help and help me let off some steam about this person.

I certainly have not seen anything malicious about her, she is by no means a Grace from BB7. I was watching that, and there was a truly despicable character. I can see why people like her care free manner, etc.

To me though, she stinks of what is wrong with society nowadays. She is the epitome of commoness. I do not place much emphasis on judging a character by their appearance, but in her case, I make an exception. ANYONE who places so much emphasis on their make up and tries to look like eveyone else is shallow in my book and lacks individuality and depth of character. How many girls nowadays wear fake make up, have the same look as her. She really does look like so many other people out there and I find it depressing.

From analysing her character, there is just no depth. She has never interested me in interesting conversation or any emotions. It is obvious from her eye movements, she is not being genuine. She is aware of the gameshow and is repressing her natural personality. She also comes up with unintelligent and cleched phrases. 'You've only got two weeks, make the most of it'. I also find her mannerisms irritating and her incessant use of the word 'like'.

She is a person who is a typical BB character to win, such as the equally shallow Sophie last year. Very popular in society as she physically fits into it and is not overtly offensive to others. She also tailors her personality, as her looks, so she fits in. We need more intellectual free thinkers who can make a difference in the world, not shallow wannabes who cannot see any more depth passed their make up.

I am elated at the shifting odds. Mario, who does have more depth to him, is now drifting significantly. It looks like Sam, JJ1 and Steve are gonners. It's a fight with Dave - this would be a huge victory for people with personalities, as Dave is really hated on here and to defeat Corin, would show there is hope for the people in society who are on the periphery.
