Is this true? Did george mean friends or actual brothers and sisters?

Yeah its true Dennis does have 41 brothers/sisters, obviously some of them have to be half.

I couldn't believe that when I heard that Dennis had so many brothers and sisters! It's true though - as Mike says, a lot of them must be half-siblings or step-siblings.
