I thought this the most copycat week there's been this series, few real original attempts at the songs.

Paije 7, he performed it well, deserved better comments.
Aiden,8, I just love his voice, wish though he had done this the way Kate Bush did.
Mary,6, Average performance, its a song you cannot do much with though.
Katie,2, Awful, just plain awful and the verses were sung very badly.
Matt 8, I don't care for this song really and he didi nothing with it, his vocals are excellent.
Cher,3, A generous 3 too, a beautiful song destroyed, only marginally better than the squealing Katie.
Wagner 4, At least he did well on the I'm Still Standing.
One Direction,5, Could have been a lot worse, what on earth did they give Zain a small line for, he is useless.
Rebecca,9, Beautiful interpetration of this song,the standout tonight.

Paije - 2/10 - Really forgettable and boring.
Aiden - 3/10 - It was a bit cringe worthy for me.
Mary - 6/10 - Sort of returning to her previous form, wasn't especially outstanding though.
Katie - 2/10 - Forgettable and she was drowned out by the backing track and the presence of the dancers.
Matt - 5/10 - Also really forgettable but vocally miles better than the other forgettable performances.
Cher - 7/10 - Really enjoyed her singing, a bit mystified about how they can add an Eminem song onto an Elton John song but regardless, I liked it.
Wagner - 5/10 - Memorable because it was an unthinkable combination of songs...
One Direction - 7/10 - They sounded great, for once the backing track wasn't covering their singing up; they performed well I thought.
Rebecca - 8/10 - Best of the night for me; but wasn't really that amazing. I like her a lot though, I hope she does well.

Paije- 4 seemed to be struggling to keep up vocally. wrong song
One Direction- 7 Harry showed he's better than Liam and deserves the lead vocals
Katie- 6 silly song choice that will not save her. She needed a classic ballad.
Aiden-6 he really struggled to keep the melody of the song. which is important!
Wagner- 2 oh piss off already...the jokes gone flat
Cher- 8 really liked this and she's having a good run. Looked gorgeous btw.
Rebecca-9 best of the night. Classy and beautiful. Wisely kept it simple.
Matt- 8 really good vocal acrobatics but could have been sold more performance wise.
Mary- 5 pure pub cabaret and totally irrelevent to modern music. Nice theyre keeping her till preserved! she may need it.

Paije - 5/10 Decent but uninteresting.
Aiden - 7/10 I really liked it, He's starting to become quite consistant now.
Mary - 7/10 I can't fault the performance but she needs to mix it up a bit.
Katie - 6/10 I think she should have gone for a ballad really, that song wasn't great for her.
Matt - 7/10 Good performance but I'm tired of the ballads.
Cher - 7/10 It was a solid performance, good vocals and she really shined on the Mockingbird part.
Wagner - 7/10 It left me STUNNED.
One Direction - 4/10 I thought it quite boring & messy.
Rebecca - 8/10 She's consistently brilliant.

Paije - It was as adequate as we’ve come to expect from him. Never thought he’d still be here in week 6 - 3/10
Aiden - Still nowhere near his best, but it should be good enough to put him through the next few weeks - 4/10
Mary - Last week sucked, so this was always going to be a huge improvement - 4/10
Katie - She looked better than what she sounded, but it was still an interesting performance. Not worthy of bottom two - 4/10
Matt - He makes terrible songs sound good. The best vocalist in this competition by a long way - 8/10
Cher - Bending the rules slightly but it worked. Probably her best performance to date - 7/10
Wagner - What else can you say? - 3/10
One Direction - What a transformation. These guys could not hit a note or sing in harmony for the first 4 weeks, now they put in two consistently good performances. I’m not entirely sure why Harry Styles didn’t get through as a solo artist, but a boy band seems to suit him more - 7/10
Rebecca - First of all - no one should have sang this song. Second of all - is she the biggest one trick pony in X-Factor history? If anyone else does what she does every week they would get slated. She stands, looks bored, closes her eyes and waves her left hand about like there is no tomorrow. Boring - 3/10

Its not just a case like Katie where its 'not good' but Aiden actually does something LESS than nothing.
Like a child not only failing to read the book or play with the toy but slobbering on it, ripping it up and farting on it before throwing against a wall.
