Just watching Grimefighters on ITV and the bods who clean the streets are using a megaphone to yell at people dropping litter in the street to shame them out of doing it. I find it hilarious yet ingenious

The solution to this problem is drop the litter when their is someone or a group of people near you, then they won't know who dropped it
