Default Do You Search For Your Name?
On here? How often (if ever) do you search for your name to see if anyones mentioned you?

I've noticed many people seem to 'appear' in threads if/when their name is mentioned. I can only assume they use the search facility (or read every single thread). Nothing wrong with that obviously, I'm just a nosey toad.

I've done it before but only really if I've been offline for a few days and am trying to catch up with the gossi..... the latest... (never works - I just lose track)

I mean, if youve posted in a thread and you search your name, will it come up even if your name isnt mentioned in a post?

No, I only search for other members when I want to understand something that happened before I became a member.

(so far: foxysarah92, stacey, twilight, thomas and MM&I)

Oh and no, I don't think so. If you click show posts (I think it is) it won't show YOUR posts. Just if your name was mentioned.
