OK so I've just read the daily star story about how there will be a sauna to encourage HM's (or as the DS say, 'sexy contestants') to strip off and get it on with eachother. Does this mean the not so sexy HM's wont be allowed in the sauna or more likely are we going to be given a houseful of Sophies and Dales etc?

Now I'm not saying that good looking people don't have personalities, but I want to see a mix of all kinds of people, fat, thin, pretty, ugly, stupid, clever etc not just 18-30's in bikinis talking about fake eyelashes and crap all day. which is what I've been worried would happen on channel 5. I really don't care about people getting it on in BB, I'd rather see a houseful of interesting people interacting with eachother in their own way, without having it engineered through giving them loads of booze and a sauna and taking away their clothes or whatever.

Anyway, I wasn't just wanting to moan about it, I was wondering if I'm alone in my views? It seems the DS are only interested in the sexual side of the programme, although we know every year they have their 'love nest' stories, but this year we all know it's a bit different with the DS being owned by Desmond. I'm not saying that bikinis and sex aren't a part of BB as it's all part of life, but I don't think the show should be obsessed with it.

So what would you rather see, a series with a good mix of people having a good time, being interesting and doing what people do, or a group of 18-30 page 3 types getting it on in the sauna?

Interesting people without a doubt. Don't get me wrong, a "Dale" would be nice to look at, but it shouldn't be what the series is built upon, that would be dull as anything.

I def agree with you. If I want to watch some form of titillation, from a collection of uneducated soft porn-esque bimbos and himbos, there's a bunch of shows like that on tv already.

I have absolutely NO interest whatsoever in seeing people "getting it on" in a sauna... I want a mix of people and ages who can be entertaining through their personalities rather than their looks. I can't think if anything more boring to watch than a crowd of beautiful wannabes preening themselves continually for the cameras!
I want interesting conversations/debates, conflict, laughter, and basically just some people who can actually string a sentence together..

Some really interesting replies, thanks guys, I thought I was getting to old at the ripe old age of 25!!! I kind of expected some replies saying no people over 30 etc, in another thread somewhere a few months ago I saw soemone say no one over 25!! eek!!

Well said totally agree with everything you've just written, i want to see a great mix of people, from all walks of life, not just pretty people, & certainly dont want all the HM's under 25, i would like few older HM's as well.

But without being rude, plus 50's are sometimes pretty boring. They need to pick people who will stay up and who will contribute to tasks. Not too sure how to word it without being rude to any older people on here

The younger generation are move entertaining to watch but 2 oldies for the mix is fine.
