You could ask the founder member of the club by U2U or simply on the thread that the club was made, or you could do what I did, just start a thread saying "I'm not sure who the owner is, but please can I join the ..... fan club". If the fan club doesn't exist, you can start it!

you just find a fanclub thread on the forum and post on the thread that you would like to join.....you are then given a member number by one of the fanclub members and then you put the number in your sig....
