Blimey!
 I am in Essex, and the force of the rain/hailstones and wind just now was quite frightening, it was worse than any cloud burst I have seen in a while. knocked my sky out for a while, mind it doesn't take much for that anyway.

I seem to have the weather on my side at the moment. I was in Edinburgh when the weather had calmed down but the weather back here was crap. Then I leave before the storms hit again and the weather down here has picked back up.

No snow here just really strong winds and rain earlier and the power went off a couple of times, I was terrified I thought my roof was going to cave in

 a 12 foot bit of metal blew off a roof and landed just behind me this morning.. -feels lucky to still be here-
