Two broke their legs today and had to be destroyed. I have no problem with horse racing and a sport but this race, with those jumps, are unnecessarily cruel and dangerous.

I'd be happy if they just modified it. Racehorses are some of the best cared-for horses... but making them attempt the National jumps is just ridiculous.

Shouldn't be banned it just needs to carry less risk for the horses and every year now more and more things are being done to make it safer for the horses, there will always be injuries though unless there are new ways to treat horses because they are so injury prone

The GN today is as cruel and dangerous today as it has been since I was a kid, nothing changes. It should be banned. You have your opinion. I have mine.
