I'm not quite sure.. is he one of these 'transgendered' people? Is he (or she) black? I'm not quite clear on something about this so-called 'Scott':
Is he.. not 'mentally retarded' but I mean.. he has some kind of mental disability right? Like he has 'Aspergers' or whatever kind of 'Autism' yes?

And I still haven't quite cleared this up but is 'Scott' a fully qualified HM like the others? Same rules and conditions etc?
Or is he like a kind of 'guest' or like a 'mascot' type of participant?
