to burn your tongue eating fizzy sweets?

I have that kind of saw burning sensation on my tongue..bit weird

Not sure about burning, but if I eat too many fizzy sweets/salty things my tongue gets really sore for a few hours.

No but I get that awful bitter taste where it hurts when your tongue touches the roof of your mouth.
