Default Male hairstyles thread

Guys, what do you do with your hair? What do you get done at the barber/hairdresser? Which products (if any) do you use, how do you apply it, do you use it on wet or dry hair? What's the wildest thing you've done with your hair?

Girls, what kind of hairstyles do you like on a guy? Are there any styles you cannot stand to see on a man? Do you have any tips for us men?

I usually just get it cut shortish with a side fringe and then leave it for a few months before getting it cut again.

I've never bothered with gel or wax because it makes your hair feel horrible and seeing as I've never used it before I wouldn't really know where to start with it tbh.

I have some freaky Emo hair going on at the moment, but when I have it cut I make sure it goes nearly bold, although I look like a prisoner for a bit lol.

Usually just get it shaved and have it natural but I've decided to ask for it cut how the hairdressers think it will look good and then just gel it in mornings.

And I use to get a shape up all the time but I've come realise how much I love my natural hair line.

..I suppose I quite like longer hair..I'm not really keen on it being too cropped and short...like these number one cuts or whatever they're called... they suit some people though so I guess they're ok..just not my personal preference on a guy...I think for me though the thing I like lost is for hair to feel like hair..nice and soft to touch..I don't like it to feel stiff and slimy with gel..it just isn't very pleasant to touch....

Usually have a hairstyle similar to Turtle's before he took his historic drop, same color as well, but more wavy/curly. Sometimes you just have to start over, and a barber or stylist doesn't need to be around for that...a la Britney Spears. Something very freeing about having very little-to-no hair and then building it back up into the coif empire. Mostly, happy not to be in the large majority of balding folks who still want their hair and have to buy it.
