I feel for this guy. It's sounds like a lot of his complaints have some merit. In his manifesto he talked about how he witnessed fellow officers brutalizing people, and when he reported them, he was punished. I believe him about that.

Obviously nothing can excuse murder, but it sounds like he was seriously wrong done by the LAPD. Also it's interesting that he's got a vendetta against Bratton, who people have been talking about might be coming to London to lead police there after LA.

I totally agree that this guy is a psychotic animal that needs to be put down ASAP.

but i also think some of his complaints bout the LAPD deserve looking at.

I think we all know that some of his complaints ring very true.

There is corruption in the police force, and we know that when officers do try to report their fellow officers for wrong doing they are punished for reporting it rather than the offenders being punished, and that's fooked up. I can understand why this guy got so frustrated. I'm not saying i agree with him murdering people, i'm just saying i understand why that would make him frustrated.

Moved to Irvine from Glendale 8 days ago, and two days later this guy removes two perfectly good kids from my neighborhood before I even had the chance to meet them, and for a vendetta. (tbh, they lived a mile away, probably never would have known them.)

I read his entire manifesto, unabridged, and I have realized a lot about this man and what he has gone through, but for the sake of all that is good, he needs to be put down, or brought in. I'd prefer he be brought in and allowed to answer for what he has done.

Not sure LAPD truly wants that, though. Too many secrets in that old boy's club.

I agree with your sentiment but unfortunately this type of issue seems to be defining America at this present time. Gun crime especially high profile stories where young disaffected teenagers run amok in primary schools killing scores of innocent children are regularly in the news...!!!

I understand that it is topical, I just don't appreciate CERTAIN people that seem to REVEL in the opportunity to hate on America.

Talk about the issues at hand, fine, using it as ammunition to attack America, not fine.

This is so much Like
the 1st Rambo movie

As he has now gone up into the mountains
I wonder if he will shoot down a Helicopter?

(Of Course in the 1st Rambo movie he throws a rock at
the Helicopter, and gets lucky)

It really is like a movie isn't it. Is it life imitating art?

I don't hate the US far from it, I have issues with the political structures and almost pathological addition to capitalism but American people are generally hardworking , family orientated and mostly friendly...!!!

yea, well you still have a hereditary monarchy and a national church, so ummm.. yea you don't get to criticize America. just saying...

and don't even get me started on the house of Lords.... When the UK gets anything even remotely resembling a democracy, then let me know.

They've completely lost him at this point i think. He's prolly half way to Mexico by now.

The man was a cop so he knows all the procedures. He's obviously got the upper hand cause he knows exactly what procedures the cops are gonna follow.

I hope this guy shoots all the corrupt cops he can while he's on the loose, and then i hope he gets shot by the police to death. If this guy gets to have a trial it would be fiasco. I really hope they don't take him in alive cause it's just gonna be a media circus.
