isn't this just basically who has the biggest stadium?
like surely a 10k capacity one that's always sold out would qualify more than Arsenal/City who regularly have empty seats (mostly cos of prices, tbf, and they do have more fans so idk why I'm complaining)

Well there are teams lower down in that list who have a bigger capacity then teams higher up in the list so make of it what you want.. just stating the facts
