Default Sam's Big Brother 2013-Sofas

So I've been working on this for a while, its probably one of my favorite projects I've done!

Eye
I've stuck to the new template, this is the eye with the titles background.

Not too keen on the eye. But looking forward to seeing the rest!

The eye looks really nice, but I think it would look better if the gaps between the eye segments were smaller.

Thanks everyone

THE EXTERIOR+STUDIO
  • The studio will be used for interviews and the majority of the live shows
  • The exterior will only be used for a few links and the exit itself, it will have no crowd
  • There is a small walkway with screens at the end for the presenter to use during links etc.

Love the studio! Looks very '1984' for some reason. Not sure why tho.

Love the studio idea - the crowd should have been dropped a long time ago as they no longer represent the viewers at home and they're not adding atmosphere if it's a bad atmosphere.

One of my favourite eviction set ups was for Celebrity Big Brother 2 which did something similar to what you suggest - the housemates were evicted via the garden door at the side of the house, leaving down a short walk way to the Big Brother theme. Davina then met them at the house gates and the studio (what would become the Big Mouth studio) was just across the road - so the crowd could still be heard in the distance, but didn't dominate the whole thing. Outside the studio they have their photo done (just how many photographers do the Daily Star send nowadays?) and were met by their family along with Davina, before making their way into the studio and down a walkway to the interview stage.

Thanks Brekkie, Yeah I think I can vaguely remember seeing it before.. It looked more raw and big brothery, instead of the "cheap glam" and wannabe x-factor exterior we have now

How the hell is our Exterior like The X Factor? It looks nothing like it.

On the other hand, Your graphics are interesting.

They are trying to mimic it with the extravagant entrance and over-use of dancers.. I dont mean it looks like the x factor but it looks like they are cheaply trying to copy the "glamorous" look that the x factor has by the over use of lights etc.

I see. They're completely changing it this year apparently anyway. But again i like your graphics. You've certainly improved Sam!

I do think it is important to have a space, however small, between the house which completely separates the house from the outside world. Bow obviously did this brilliantly in the early years with the bridge (though people forget now that back in series 1 the evictees could come out of the door, see their friends/family if nominated (at a distance) and Davina would actually acknowledge them and say "see you next week" before she walked off with the evictee.

It doesn't need to be anything fancy though - I quite liked the very simple concept in the early US series of a front yard, leaving one building and entering the other for their interview.

Big Brother's Little News
  • Will air every two hours on C5/5*
  • In the BBLB
  • Won't have one set host
  • Only lasts 1 Minuite-30 seconds
  • Just little clips of whats going on in the house and headlines

Big Brother's Little Brother
  • Returning as a replacement for BBBOTS
  • Hosted by Alice Levine and a male co-host
  • Made up of news, interviews and the usual quizes and games
  • The studio is in the centre of the production area, so it has a lively background
