Default YMCA is launching a project My Pad homes in London


Fitted in China (20K each)
with a Shower/Bog all plummed in.
TV , Fridge and Microwave. Bed .

For young workers that can not fund their own rents

-Would buy one/live in it if it was a nice enough area-

There was a block of these put up in the space of weeks on Grand Designs once I think it was, such an effective easy money maker if you have land
