Okay so, this year is the first year that I'm going to watch BBUSA... I've never sat down and watched it before... I've always been a BBUK buff!

There's obviously differences between the UK and US version such as head of house and what not.

How exactly does HoH work, how do nominations work etc... On the US version?

Each week there is a competition to decide the head of house..the HOH picks two people that are up for nomination. After that there is a Veto competition. 5 people do this comp..the HOH, the two nominees and two housemates picked at random. whoever wins the veto has the choice to take one person off the nomination block and if they decide to, the HOH has to choose someone else to put up.
After that, the housemates all choose who to evict. the person with the majority vote leaves
This MVP thing is new this season..the viewing public chooses who they believe is the best player and then that person chooses a third person to put on the block anonymously...i think thats pretty much it
