How many times can Charlie say this to different people? So far she's said it to Hazel, Callum and now Dexter.

Will she find a 4th best mate before she leaves?

Probably. She's confused 90% of the time anyways. Shame she didn't see that Callum was her only true friend though; her loss, I guess.
