Watching it on ITV2 now, are these people for real?

Some ladies arguing at a dinner table about who is more authentic, do they mean as people or which part of their bodies are yet untouched by plastic?

From what I saw they were all sat around a dinner table having snipes at one another while one of them pretends to be upset.

I really had to tune in to them though, my word they don't half run their gobs off.
